Error whilst entering serial key - to unlock the full version.

If you receive problems during the unlocking process
you need to download and install the Version 1.9 patch.

If you still have problems. Check that you have an internet connection by visiting any other website. If you have network security settings or security software running which stop interaction between local applications and the internet - these may affect the unlocking procedure. Consider turning your security software off during the activation procedure.

If you are still unable to activate your product email us on: support@itessentials.co.uk and we will help you to rectify the problem.


Failure to exit application when clicking 'EXIT

If you are unable to exit the application using the 'EXIT' button - download the patch from our updates page.


Minimum recommended specifications:

  • Windows® 98/ME/2000/XP PC
  • 450 MHz Intel Pentium II processor – or equivalent
  • 128mb RAM
  • 120Mb of uncompressed hard disk space
  • Purchasing the full version requires Internet access
